Would Professor Faden really win his "A Fair(y) Use Tale" case?

Remeber our Disney v. Faden Trial, when someone said Disney would win anyways, because they have all the power and, especially, the money? I am just working on an essay for my other course SOS110: Global Dynamics, and have found a chart of the 10 largest media corporations and their holdings, including Walt Disney Company. The data is actually not relevant anymore (it's from 2001), but the idea is pretty much clear! :)
