So far, we have seen two different views of collaboration in art. The act of gathering people to work together on the same project can cause more creativity, more ideas, more success. The purpose is to make greather works of art than what could be done by only one person. On the other hand, there is also another reason for collaborating - that is the importance of you as an individual or/and a part of the group in an art project. Gregory G. Scholette (1999) argues that "there is still the cult of the individual auteur and we as a collective sometimes become kind of invisible". That might be, indeed, true. As we have seen, not everyone is able or - to put it better - willing to cooperate with others.
